Yaaaay! The gallery is now beautiful and not annoyingly difficult to use. Thanks, Mike! <3 I’m really starting to draw a lot more now, so I’ll be reorganizing my artwork and taking out some things that should not be there. Expect some new additions soon!

So the game I made for Callyn using RPG Maker VX is now online!

The game is about 2-3 hours long and features music from two of my favourite SNES games (Chrono Trigger and Donkey Kong Country 2).

It features some pretty intense random-encounter dungeon mazes so don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I also organized the games a bit better and added a new one: Solitare programmed in VB.Net

So I recently did a lot of updates to our blog. The most important: I imported all of the entries from my old blogs (unfortunately Callyn’s blog is long gone) off Blogspot and 1up. I’ll probably be creating a “best of” page eventually, but in the meantime, all of my old rants are there and categorized. Feel free to look through them if you want.

Also, you can now subscribe to this blog to get email updates! Horray! Hopefully someone can find value in that, I sure do.

The bad news is that the website update didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. There’s still a few improvements that have to be made such as the logo and a few styling errors. I was trying to start and finish the redesign tonight, but I’m starting to lose it, so I will have to finish the redesign with tweaks, etc. during the next week or so. Any feedback would be great.Â

I’m gonna go to sleep now.Â

The photo gallery hasn’t been updated for a long time so we added quite a few new photos, as well as some of Callyn’s drawings and artsy photos. I’m hoping to make it easier for others to upload photos and things so it happens more frequently :p

Also cool, the photo gallery has been threaded with a neat javascript trick called highslide. Navigating the photos is easier and flashier than before. Click on a photo thumbnail to see what I mean. Lemme know what you think!

A complete site redesign will happen when we get around to it, perhaps after school is over. Also, minor site updates coming later this month. I finally figured out how to get rid of the splash page, so shut up Justin.

If you want to check out a blog by a friend of mine, Nebetsu’s Yiddish Nebbish. (aka the blog of Steven Whitten-Dawson) is a pretty interesting thing to watch.
