Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
For: DS
Mike's take:
This is the best game in the Ace Attorney series, save maybe the first one. Of all the games, this one has the most intriguing characters, interesting court sequences, and hilarious dialog. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who liked the previous Ace Attorney games. The game takes place 7 years after Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations. Phoenix Wright lost his Attorney badge shortly after the events of the 3rd game. Throughout the course of the game, you need to find out how that happened. The game has remarkably better animation than the last 3 games, with actual cut scenes this time. The touchscreen functionality is more apparent than previous games, as this is not a port of a GBA game like Ace Attorney 1-3. However, I find the touch mini games don't add as much as people say. It's still Ace Attorney at heart. A story driven adventure game. I recommended that you at least play the first Ace Attorney game before playing this one or you won't get the whole experience. It's a great game, you can't miss it.The Verdict:
10/10
